These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOBR mobile application and related services provided by Lantiex for alcohol recovery and sobriety support.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SOBR app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Use of Services

SOBR is designed to support alcohol recovery and sobriety tracking through various features including recovery progress tracking, AI Therapist support, Panic Button functionality, coping strategies, and community features. You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Medical Disclaimer

SOBR is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Therapist feature provides supportive guidance but is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical care. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns, especially during crisis situations.

Subscription and Payment

SOBR includes paid features only. Subscription fees are charged through the App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other community members
• Not share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others
• Not use the community for commercial purposes or spam
• Report any concerning behavior to our support team

AI Therapist Usage

The AI Therapist feature is designed to provide supportive guidance and conversation. While conversations are confidential, they are not protected by medical privacy laws. For crisis situations, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Panic Button and Crisis Support

The Panic Button feature provides immediate support and reminders, but it is not a substitute for emergency services. In life-threatening situations, please call emergency services (911 in the US) immediately.

Third-Party Services

SOBR integrates with Discord for community features. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's terms of service in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for Discord's services or policies.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your recovery data and AI Therapist conversations.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SOBR services at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
